September Tuition

September tuition bills will be emailed to you in August.   Your first tuition payment is due in August and no later than September 1.  This will secure your child's space in the preschool.  If you need to make special payment arrangements please email Jennifer.

Your tuition is an annual fee made up of nine equal monthly payments.  Our school year runs September 14 to June 1.  Holidays are already calculated into the tuition structure so you are not paying for days we do not have school.

All students attending Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be charged a one-time fee of $100 for music class. The music fee can be divided into two $50 payments, one in September and the other in January.

Tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month and late on the 10th.  You will be charged a  $10 late fee if you haven't paid by the 10th.
A $25 return check fee will be applied to all returned checks.

Your child may lose his or her space in the class if your account becomes overdue.  You will still be responsible for payment of days your child attended.

Extended day care and early care will be billed at a rate of $3 per use and billed the following month after use.  Drop in days fees and credits will show up on the invoices following the month of use.  A drop in day is $35 and a credit for a day is $30.

Parents night out, and holiday craft sessions will be announced through out the school year.   Paymnets for these programs are due the day of the event.

Hands On does not do the billing and enrollment for the Spanish, yoga and any other programs that take place after school at Hands On.  A Hands On teacher will always be present during after school programs to walk your child to the class and help out if needed.

First Day of School

Our first day of school is Wednesday, September 14.  School begins at 9 AM and ends at 12:30.

Please make sure your child has a water bottle, lunch from home, an extra set of clothes to leave at school, and a coat or sweater for outside play.
